One of the first things you’ll do from the Huntr advisor dashboard is invite job seekers into your organization. You can send invitation in two ways: 📎 CSV Upload or 📋 Copy Pasting a list of Emails. You can view the video below OR read on to learn how to invite job seekers!

Go to the Job Seekers view
Click on Invite Job Seekers
Select the Upload CSV File option. You can download a sample CSV which will contain all the fields that you can use for invitations (including any custom fields you’ve created).
Click Upload CSV File on the right or drop a csv file into the upload area. Then click Match Columns.
The Match Columns view does exactly that, it allows you to match the expected fields on our end to the columns in your CSV. The ONLY required field is the Email field.
After you’ve matched the columns you want to pull data from, click Match Columns. This will take you to the Review stage (the final stage before sending out invites). Read the 🔍 Reviewing and sending your job seeker invitations section below for the final review and submission steps.
Go to the Job Seeker’s view
Click on Invite Job Seekers
Select the Copy & Paste Emails option and enter a list of emails on the input box on the right. Emails can be comma separated or one per line.
